Taxidermy Services in Williamsport, PA
You can take advantage of several taxidermy services at Andy’s Taxidermy. We offer services for the following specimens:
- Domestic Pets
- Wild Game, such as deer, rabbit, elk, etc.
- Marine Life, such as fish and turtles
- Reptiles and Amphibians
- Ducks and other Birds
- Small Mammals (Mice and Mink)
All of these can be full-size mounts or game heads, depending on what you would like to do. If you have an idea in mind, let us know what you are thinking, and we will be happy to accommodate your preferences. If you have a stance preference in mind for your mount, please send us pictures indicating what you are looking for so we can provide the most natural look during the preservation process.
Scheduling Your Service
We will need to have a consultation with pictures to quote the specimen and settle on the type of service. You will be invoiced for a down payment of 50 percent upfront and then send the remaining when the specimen is shipped.
Make sure that you keep your specimen frozen completely until it is time to send it to Andy’s. Once you have scheduled your appointment and it is time to ship, you need to make sure it is shipped frozen if you are not in the Williamsport, PA area.
It is critical that you follow all shipping recommendations. Not properly freezing the shipment and having it delivered in the 24-hour timeline could impact the quality of the specimen upon arrival. We are not responsible for any damages before it made it to the studio and the preservation process has begun. You also need to ensure that the specimen is not freezer burned before sending it to our facility or have any holes where it was shot. If it is too damaged, it will be returned, and we will not be able to move forward with the process.
